Boxing Daily Report from the Zulu Promotions promoted show at Richmond Duffie, Richmond,  taking place on 09/09/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Virginia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Zardari (6 - 2) who hails from Chesapeake, USA and Owen Evans(16(8) - 6(1)) from Virginia Beach, USA.  Zardari weighed in at 200 pounds, while Evans weighed in at 199 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Matt Rhydderch, and the three ringside judges are Corey Regan, Zachary Davis and Cole Scott.
