Jack Linkletter vs Floyd Merrick

Boxing Daily Report from the Shima-Enaga promoted show at Shima-Enaga Gym, Nassau,  taking place on 10/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Jack Linkletter (5 - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Floyd Merrick(0 - 13(2) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Linkletter weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces, while Merrick weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Dew, and the three ringside judges are Rich Tod, Clint Neathery and Rex Ledingham.
