Thoralf Boie vs Pal Marcussen

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalabulo Promotions promoted show at Viggo Francke Gym, Odense,  taking place on 20/09/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Denmark-Region Syddanmark Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Thoralf Boie (3 - 9 - 1) who hails from Odense, Denmark and Pal Marcussen(2 - 25(1) - 4) from Odense, Denmark.  Both Boie and Marcussen weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eric Overbay, and the three ringside judges are Frey Gram, Soren Hansen and Thiassi Albers.  

Round 1: 

Marcussen gets on the inside.  Boie is on target with a left uppercut to Marcussen's ribs.  
Boie steps away from his opponent.  Boie stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Marcussen lands a cross.

Marcussen advances into close range.  Boie wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Marcussen dabs at his face checking for damage.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Marcussen.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
