Benedikt Slovachek vs Marlen Izkapts

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Suedstadion, Cologne,  taking place on 10/10/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the EU Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Egg Benedikt Slovachek (33(27) - 8(4)) who hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and Monster Marlen Izkapts(22(17) - 7(6)) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Slovachek and Izkapts weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Werner Heitzmann, and the three ringside judges are Koby Schabacker, Arnold Joel and Dieter Jonas.
