Chandrakant Reddy vs Girish Pongte

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Gujurat promoted show at Siddharth Thaker Gym, Surat,  taking place on 23/09/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Gujurat Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chandrakant Reddy (3 - 1) who hails from Ahmedabad, India and Girish Pongte(5 - 10 - 2) from Surat, India.  Both Reddy and Pongte weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jyotish Balmuchu, and the three ringside judges are Santhosh Bhalla, Hrithik Zivarattinam and Zuffur Nazir.
