Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at New City Gas, Montreal,  taking place on 09/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Michel Courtellemont (7(5) - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Lloyd Barrack(4 - 2) from Mississauga, Canada.  Both Courtellemont and Barrack weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Prewitt Gedeon, and the three ringside judges are Tujan Racine, Brendan Aitken and Mallory Beaumarchais.  

Round 1:

Barrack steps to the outside.  Courtellemont sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Barrack attempts to land a jab, but Courtellemont sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Courtellemont gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Courtellemont sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Courtellemont is on target with a potent right uppercut to Barrack's body.  BARRACK HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  It looks like Barrack has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Barrack tries to keep the action at long range.  Courtellemont lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Courtellemont gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.
