Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at New City Gas, Montreal,  taking place on 09/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dai Ednie (13(12) - 0) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Brendan Ainslie(1 - 0) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Ednie and Ainslie weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Aitken, and the three ringside judges are Tujan Racine, Prewitt Gedeon and Mallory Beaumarchais.  

Round 1:

Ednie gets on the inside and EXPLODES a MASSIVE right uppercut into his opponents face.  AINSLIE IS HURT!  Ainslie quickly recovers. 
Ednie lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Ednie manouvers Ainslie into the corner.  Ednie lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Some sustained pressure from Ednie could be enough to finish Ainslie!  Ednie lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He then lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING AINSLIE DOWN!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Ednie!
