Hikaru Sando vs Hajime Kamei

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 27/09/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Sando (1 - 10 - 1) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Hajime Kamei(9 - 3) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Sando weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kamei weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Akira Nishimura, and the three ringside judges are Naoki Hasegawa, Aki Nishimoto and Yasushi Baba.  

Round 1: 

Sando feints a cross, but Kamei ignores the feint and responds with a cross.
