Rex Hughes vs Paul Rhys

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at SSE Hydro, Glasgow,  taking place on 24/10/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sexy Rexy Rex Hughes (19(13) - 3(3)) who hails from London, UK and Paul Rhys(19(15) - 2(1) - 1) from Stoke, UK.  Hughes weighed in at 252 pounds and 7 ounces, while Rhys weighed in at 234 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John McVicker, and the three ringside judges are Thomas Ryan, William Owen and Peter McWethy.
