Istiqlaal Ren vs Dirar Serdamba

Boxing Daily Report from the Aurium promoted show at Sidki Barsbold Gym, Ulaanbaatar,  taking place on 29/09/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mongolia-Ulaanbaatar Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Istiqlaal Ren (2 - 9(3) - 1) who hails from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Dirar Serdamba(4 - 0) from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Ren weighed in at 117 pounds and 3 ounces, while Serdamba weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Thawab Cacpenow, and the three ringside judges are Vikenti Namnansuren, Muslih Urazguloff and Nasir al Din Orazaew.  

Round 1:

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Serdamba dabs at his face checking for damage.  Serdamba has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
