Boxing Daily Report from the Punch Drunk Promotions promoted show at Lanxess Arena, Cologne,  taking place on 07/11/2043:

Clearly Punch Drunk Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merrill Sattler (16(1) - 0) who hails from Bonn, Germany and Uang Ouyeung(15(1) - 1) from Jinan, China.  Sattler weighed in at 129 pounds And 8 ounces, while Ouyeung weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulz Manzer, and the three ringside judges are Kristian Krusemark, Alhwin Saurer and Ringling Peets.
