Jack Paranihi vs Lewis Hannahs

Boxing Daily Report from the FightArama promoted show at Vector Arena, Auckland,  taking place on 30/10/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  Also on the line is the New Zealand Minimumweight.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV One, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jack The Lad Paranihi (10(7) - 0) who hails from Hamilton, New Zealand and Lewis Hannahs(9(5) - 5(3)) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Paranihi weighed in at 105 pounds, while Hannahs weighed in at 104 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Horsburgh, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Beynon, Corey Hopper and Nathan Aiton.  

Round 1: 

Paranihi tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a sharp jab.

Hannahs is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Hannahs digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Hannahs throws a left hook, but Paranihi holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Paranihi pushes his forearm into Hannahs's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Paranihi to stop fouling.  
Hannahs steps inside.  Hannahs pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Hannahs is on target with a sharp left hook to Paranihi's body.  
Hannahs closes the distance.  Paranihi pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Hannahs lands a firm left hook.  Paranihi ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Paranihi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Paranihi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Hannahs advances into close range.  Paranihi is on target with a left hook to Hannahs's body.  
Paranihi switches the action to the outside.  Hannahs connects with a cross.  
Paranihi lands an overhand left to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Hannahs advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hannahs is on target with a left hook to Paranihi's body.  Hannahs tries to land a left hook, but Paranihi blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Hannahs's ribcage.  
Paranihi sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a hard jab.  
Hannahs finds the target with a jab.  Hannahs throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Hannahs digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.

Hannahs steps inside.  Paranihi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Hannahs lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Paranihi pivots to the side of his opponent andParanihi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hannahs dabs at his face checking for damage.  Hannahs has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Paranihi lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Hannahs manages to force Paranihi onto the ropes.  Paranihi sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Paranihi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND SENDS HANNAHS TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.

Hannahs closes the distance.  Paranihi lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Paranihi senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Paranihi lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS HANNAHS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Hannahs walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Paranihi crashes a DEVASTATING left hook to Hannahs's ribs.  HANNAHS IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF IMMEDIATELY WAVES OFF THE FIGHT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Paranihi!
