Sancho Merlo vs Juan Alderete

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Guadalajara Gato, Guadalajara,  taking place on 04/10/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Merlo (3 - 6 - 3) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Juan Alderete(11 - 12 - 10) from Zapopan, Mexico.  Both Merlo and Alderete weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Macario Floro, and the three ringside judges are Miguel Alviso, Zacarias Olguin and Montel Almeda.
