Ovidio Escandon vs Aimon Matute

Boxing Daily Report from the Otoo Promotions promoted show at Ciudad Guayana Villeda, Ciudad Guayana,  taking place on 07/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Bolivar Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Escandon (4 - 3(1)) who hails from Ciudad Guayana, Venezuela and Aimon Matute(6 - 5 - 2) from Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.  Escandon weighed in at 118 pounds and 12 ounces, while Matute weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Escandon came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jeraldo Barbara, and the three ringside judges are Diego Juan, Carlos Bailen and Alejandro Labrada.
