Ciaran Cary vs David Delany

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Dublin McRae, Dublin,  taking place on 16/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ciaran Cary (12 - 16(4) - 2) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and David Delany(30(15) - 7(4)) from Drogheda, Ireland.  Both Cary and Delany weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eoin McCadden, and the three ringside judges are Will Nolan, Joshua McColl and Billy Ruane.  

Round 1: 

Delany is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Delany closes the distance and drives a stinging left hook into Cary's liver.  Delany clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Delany pushes his forearm into Cary's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Delany lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Cary quickly recovers. 
Delany walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Delany connects with a solid left hook.  
Delany advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cary is looking to keep his distance.  Delany lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Delany lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, DROPPING CARY TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Cary almost instantly recovers.

Cary connects with a left hook.  As Delany tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Cary dabs at his face checking for damage.
