Phil Blier vs Xalvador Santibanez

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Rogers Center, Toronto,  taking place on 09/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sweet Phil Blier (74(62) - 4 - 1) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Xalvador Santibanez(15(2) - 6(6)) from Camaguey, Cuba.  Both Blier and Santibanez weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Curtain, and the three ringside judges are Dave Brown, Dave Sleigh and Mark Mowat.
