Guido Duque vs Juan Alatorre

Boxing Daily Report from the Mugyenyi Promotions promoted show at Alejandro Marquez Gym, Reynosa,  taking place on 30/10/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Guido Duque (6 - 16(1) - 6) who hails from Reynosa, Mexico and Juan Alatorre(6 - 9) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Both Duque and Alatorre weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Franco, Edmundo Tierno and Selestino Berlanga.  

Round 1: 

Alatorre hits home with a right uppercut.  
Duque is on target with a left uppercut.  
Duque is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Alatorre tries to step out of his opponents range.  Duque throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Duque is looking to close the distance.  Duque throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Alatorre to the neutral corner.  He warns Duque that he could be heading for a point deduction.

Duque steps inside.  Alatorre throws a left uppercut, but Duque ties up his opponent.  Alatorre pushes his forearm into Duque's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Alatorre about fouling.
