Rob Glendinning vs Malcolm Mason

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Waitakere Mollison, Waitakere,  taking place on 30/10/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Glendinning (2 - 4 - 2) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Malcolm Mason(3 - 0) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Both Glendinning and Mason weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenzie Anderson, and the three ringside judges are Kenzie Anderson, Glynn Telford and Justin Kahukakanui.  

Round 1: 

Glendinning is looking to keep his distance and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Glendinning hits home with an overhand right.  
Mason connects with a right hook.  
Mason throws a left hook, but misses the target.  Mason clinches his opponent.  Mason pushes his forearm into Glendinning's face.  The ref breaks Mason's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mason sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mason is looking to close the distance and lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mason quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Mason walks Glendinning down, trapping him in the corner.  Mason quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Glendinning is looking to close the distance.  Glendinning sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mason dabs at his face checking for damage.

Glendinning is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mason hits home with a stinging cross.
