Birk Samson vs Marcel Gillard

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at RheinEnergieStadium, Cologne,  taking place on 07/11/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the IRBF Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Birk Samson (34(22) - 3(1)) who hails from Bern, Switzerland and Marcel Gillard(38(17) - 26(15) - 1(NC)) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Both Samson and Gillard weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Reginald Amrhein, and the three ringside judges are Kasimir Demerath, Hank Kuefler and Egmont Mammen.
