Cortez Allende vs John Leyes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Los Angeles Covarrubias, Los Angeles,  taking place on 03/11/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Allende (9 - 21(3) - 3) who hails from Garden Grove, USA and John Leyes(9 - 19 - 4) from Fontana, USA.  Both Allende and Leyes weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Pizarro, and the three ringside judges are Sam Leamon, Mike Sander and Peter Bara.
