Lewis Riddle vs Mel MacNevin

Boxing Daily Report from the Sarkodee Promotions promoted show at Cole Pich Gym, Saint Paul,  taking place on 04/11/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lewis Riddle (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Mel MacNevin(6 - 1) from Saint Paul, USA.  Riddle weighed in at 159 pounds and 10 ounces, while MacNevin weighed in at 159 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Mattus, and the three ringside judges are Ian Soderberg, Brad Dey and Sam Power.  

Round 1: 

MacNevin lands a cross to Riddle's body.
