Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at African Gym, Accra,  taking place on 22/10/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Juwon Adeyanju (1(1) - 0) who hails from Ilesa, Nigeria and Kwamin Faress(4 - 6(1) - 2) from Accra, Ghana.  Adeyanju weighed in at 160 pounds, while Faress weighed in at 159 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Richie Buah, and the three ringside judges are Chris Dokuaa, Louis Kugblenu and Greg Quatey.  

Round 1: 

Faress is on target with a cross.

Adeyanju forces Faress to retreat into the red corner.  Adeyanju lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faress sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Adeyanju is on target with a jab.  Adeyanju tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Adeyanju closes the distance.  Faress sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Faress tries to land a left hook, but Adeyanju slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Adeyanju lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Adeyanju ties up his opponent.  Adeyanju leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Faress throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Adeyanju time to recover.

Adeyanju steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faress pivots to the left of his opponent.  Faress connects with a left uppercut.  Adeyanju holds on to his opponent.  Adeyanju is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Adeyanju steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Adeyanju lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Faress recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Adeyanju gets on the inside and walks Faress into a corner.  Adeyanju lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Faress quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Adeyanju lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  Adeyanju attempts to land a right uppercut, but Faress slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Adeyanju gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Adeyanju is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Adeyanju closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Faress is looking to keep his distance.  Adeyanju is on target with a solid jab.
