Fedor Robulis vs Igor Klucis

Boxing Daily Report from the Vortex Boxing promoted show at Riga Sarkangals, Riga,  taking place on 14/11/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fedor Robulis (10(5) - 9) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Igor Klucis(3 - 3) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Robulis and Klucis weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goga Banga, and the three ringside judges are Luka Ozolitis, Andrii Priede and Konstantin Pipkalejs.  

Round 1: 

Robulis finds the target with a jab.  
Robulis is looking to close the distance and drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents body.

Klucis throws a right uppercut, but Robulis ties up his opponent.  Robulis uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Klucis behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Robulis to stop fouling.  
Robulis lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Robulis lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Robulis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Klucis throws a left hook, but Robulis ties up his opponent.  Robulis is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Robulis.  
Robulis is on target with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Robulis lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Robulis steps inside and manouvers Klucis onto the ropes.  Klucis tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Robulis pivots to the side of his opponent.  Klucis throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Robulis lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Robulis clinches his opponent.  Robulis uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Klucis behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Robulis about fouling.  
Robulis lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Robulis lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Robulis ties up his opponent.  Robulis leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Robulis is on target with a left hook to Klucis's body.  Robulis clinches his opponent.  Robulis leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Robulis's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Klucis wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Robulis dabs at his face checking for damage.  Robulis has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused a minor cut above.  
Robulis manouvers Klucis into a corner.  Robulis lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Robulis cuts off the ring, trapping Klucis in the corner.  Robulis digs in a sharp right uppercut to Klucis's ribs.

Klucis steps to the outside.  Robulis feints a cross, tricking Klucis into throwing a cross counter.  Robulis springs the trap and counters with  a right uppercut.  
Robulis is on target with a stinging left hook to Klucis's liver.  
Robulis forces Klucis to retreat into a corner.  Robulis lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Klucis tries to land a right uppercut, but Robulis slips the shot and counters with a potent right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  KLUCIS IS HURT!

Klucis could be stopped here, if Robulis can find the right shot!  Robulis lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND KLUCIS IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Klucis cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Robulis!
