Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at LIV Nightclub, Miami,  taking place on 05/11/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Salim Labi (10(8) - 0) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Rob Orem(36(11) - 8 - 1) from Tallahassee, USA.  Both Labi and Orem weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Briden, and the three ringside judges are Malcolm Kinion, Elliot Balderas and Kenzie Calley.  

Round 1: 

Orem lands a cross.  
Labi steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Labi pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Labi gets on the inside.  Labi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Labi is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Labi connects with a firm left hook.  Labi attempts to land a right hook, but Orem slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Labi manages to force Orem onto the ropes.  Orem throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Labi gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Labi pivots to the side of his opponent and lands three consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Labi lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Orem steps away from his opponent.  Labi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Orem hits home with a cross.  
Labi is on target with a spiteful jab.  
Labi advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Orem throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Orem lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Labi advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Labi lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Labi finds the target with a jab.  
Labi steps inside and lands a firm left uppercut.  
Labi lands a left hook.  
Labi forces Orem to retreat onto the ropes.  Labi pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Orem attempts to land a left hook, but Labi sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Labi is on target with a solid left hook to Orem's liver.  
Labi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Orem's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Orem's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Labi gets on the inside.  Labi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Labi hits home with a left hook.  Labi throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Orem throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Labi forces Orem to back into a corner.  Labi drives a left hook into Orem's ribs.  
Labi manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Labi lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Labi attempts to land a right hook, but Orem blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Labi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Labi attempts to land a left uppercut, but Orem blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Labi pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Labi pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Orem's body.  
Labi steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Labi digs in a firm right hook to Orem's ribcage.  
Labi is looking to close the distance.  Labi steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Orem is whaling away with hooks, but Labi keeps his defence tight.  
Labi digs in a stinging right uppercut to Orem's body.  
Labi gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Labi lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Orem pivots to the side of his opponent.  Labi lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Orem is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Orem pivots from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Labi is on target with a solid left hook.  
Labi lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Labi lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, DROPPING OREM TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Orem quickly recovers. 
Labi drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Labi advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Orem's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Labi finds the target with a hard jab.  
Labi lands a solid jab.  Labi tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Labi gets on the inside.  Orem attempts to land a right hook, but Labi sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Orem throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Labi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Labi hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Orem pivots to the right of his opponent.  Labi lands a jab.  
Labi closes the distance and is on target with a HUGE left hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE OREM WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Labi attempts to land a right uppercut, but Orem sidesteps and counters with a cross.  Orem recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Labi closes the distance and digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Labi lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head, AND OREM IS DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Orem is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Labi!
