Seth Espey vs Dave Blackard

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Lionel Beaubien Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 20/11/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seth Espey (9 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Dave Blackard(11 - 17(1) - 5) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Both Espey and Blackard weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lee Beaumier, and the three ringside judges are Theo Walker, Dave Callen and Chris Tillery.  

Round 1: 

Espey switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.  
Espey lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Blackard is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
