Salim Chepngeno vs Gethin Kagwanja

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Akhasamba, Nairobi,  taking place on 28/11/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salim Chepngeno (9 - 9(2) - 6) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Gethin Kagwanja(2 - 3 - 2) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Chepngeno weighed in at 200 pounds, while Kagwanja weighed in at 200 pounds and 8 ounces.    As Kagwanja came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Yobachi Rubia, and the three ringside judges are Richie Bitok, Matt Kanyoro and Duncan Wakihuri.
