Vincent Stalker vs Cody Crafford

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at Denver Lorimer, Denver,  taking place on 06/12/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vincent Stalker (3 - 19(1) - 1) who hails from Denver, USA and Cody Crafford(23(2) - 12(2) - 1) from Fort Collins, USA.  Both Stalker and Crafford weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Davie, and the three ringside judges are David Routledge, Chris Dingwell and Hugh Claghorn.  

Round 1: 

Crafford advances into close range.  Stalker throws a left hook, but Crafford holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stalker tries to step out of his opponents range.  Crafford feints a left, and then lands with a ramrod jab.  Crafford tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Stalker closes the distance.  Crafford is on target with a right hook.  Crafford clinches his opponent.  Crafford is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Crafford.  
Crafford attempts to land a left hook, but Stalker sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Stalker walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Crafford digs in a left hook to Stalker's body.  Crafford holds on to his opponent.  Crafford leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Crafford lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Crafford digs in a left hook to Stalker's liver.  
Crafford hits home with a left uppercut.  
Stalker throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Crafford gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Crafford holds on to his opponent.  Crafford is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Crafford sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Crafford walks his opponent into a corner.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Crafford.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Crafford lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Crafford lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Stalker throws a left hook, but Crafford clinches his opponent.  Crafford leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Stalker throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Crafford digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Crafford lands a right hook.  
Stalker sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Crafford lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crafford sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Crafford connects with a left hook.  Crafford clinches his opponent.  Crafford uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Stalker behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Crafford about fouling.

Crafford lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Crafford attempts to land a left hook, but Stalker parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Stalker is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Crafford lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Crafford feints a right, and then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Crafford advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Crafford feints a right hook, and then connects with a left hook.  
Crafford is looking to close the distance.  Crafford sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a solid left uppercut into his opponents body.

Crafford is on target with a weighty left hook to his opponents liver.  STALKER HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.

Crafford lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND STALKER IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  Stalker now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Crafford lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DOWN GOES STALKER!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Crafford!
