Jacob Torbett vs Connor Methven

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Toyota Park, Chicago,  taking place on 01/01/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on HBO, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jacob Torbett (10(5) - 0) who hails from Wichita, USA and Connor Methven(31(2) - 8(4)) from Columbus, USA.  Both Torbett and Methven weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Comb, and the three ringside judges are Ewan Humphries, Will Cockburn and Bob MacRae.  

Round 1:
