Ifeanyi Ovbiagele vs Irfan Halim

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lagos Orelesi, Lagos,  taking place on 02/12/2043:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Lagos State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Lagos State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ifeanyi Ovbiagele (13 - 31 - 3) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Irfan Halim(13 - 6 - 2) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Ovbiagele weighed in at 147 pounds, while Halim weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Umair Khalid, and the three ringside judges are Umair Khalid, Mark Etiebet and Clinton Babatunde.
