Luka Beglerbekov vs Nihal Asgarov

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamwendo Promotions promoted show at Fikret Mirkasumov Gym, Toshkent,  taking place on 06/12/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan-Toshkent Shahri Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luka Beglerbekov (11 - 7 - 3) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Nihal Asgarov(5 - 18(2) - 7) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Beglerbekov weighed in at 159 pounds and 15 ounces, while Asgarov weighed in at 160 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Asgarov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Fedar Geidarov, and the three ringside judges are Elmidar Usifov, Ahmed Saryev and Nikolai Abildaeff.  

Round 1: 

Beglerbekov feints a right hook, but Asgarov does not fall for it and responds with a right hook.  
Beglerbekov lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Beglerbekov switches the action to the outside.  Asgarov connects with a cross.  
Beglerbekov lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Asgarov is looking to close the distance.  Asgarov quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Beglerbekov dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Beglerbekov.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Beglerbekov tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Asgarov steps inside.  Beglerbekov pivots from in front of his opponent.  Asgarov is on target with a right uppercut to Beglerbekov's body.
