Josh Mabin vs Antwan Jelle

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Edwards Hall, Miami,  taking place on 02/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Mabin (9(5) - 0) who hails from Houston, USA and Antwan Jelle(6 - 6(3)) from Birmingham, USA.  Mabin weighed in at 168 pounds, while Jelle weighed in at 167 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Corse, and the three ringside judges are Mark Pettry, Sam Dickins and Dave Kay.  

Round 1: 

Mabin gets on the inside.  Jelle throws a right hook, but Mabin ties up his opponent.  Mabin is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mabin lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mabin drives a right hook into Jelle's body.  Mabin ties up his opponent.  Mabin is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mabin about fouling.  
Mabin manouvers Jelle into the corner.  Mabin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mabin throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Mabin holds on to his opponent.  Mabin leans on his opponent using all his weight. Mabin pushes his forearm into Jelle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mabin about fouling.  
Mabin lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Jelle is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mabin lands with a ramrod jab.  
Mabin advances into close range and manages to force Jelle into a corner.  Mabin drives a solid left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Mabin lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Jelle steps to the outside.  Mabin strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Mabin advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Mabin lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mabin closes the distance and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Mabin pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Mabin steps inside.  Mabin digs in a firm left hook to Jelle's body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jelle dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Mabin manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Mabin is on target with a stinging left uppercut to Jelle's body.  Mabin clinches his opponent.  Mabin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mabin lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Mabin thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Jelle away.  Mabin lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING JELLE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 5.  It looks like Jelle has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Mabin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mabin drives a firm right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Mabin lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Mabin pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Mabin is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Mabin lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Mabin ties up his opponent.  Mabin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mabin forces Jelle to retreat into a corner.  Mabin lands a stinging right hook.  
Mabin drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jelle's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Jelle's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Jelle's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Mabin lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Jelle quickly recovers. 
Jelle is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mabin connects with a cross.  
Jelle sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jelle throws a right hook, but Mabin ties up his opponent.  Mabin pushes his forearm into Jelle's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mabin.  
Jelle is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mabin hits home with a cross.  
Mabin lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Jelle hits home with a right uppercut.  
Mabin closes the distance and drives a right hook into Jelle's ribcage.  
Mabin throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Mabin clinches his opponent.  Mabin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
