Santiago Nuncio vs Xalvador Lombardo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Comunidad Valenciana promoted show at Hotel Melia Alicante, Alicante,  taking place on 15/12/2043:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Spain Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Nuncio (27(9) - 3) who hails from Alicante, Spain and Xalvador Lombardo(25(24) - 3(3)) from Burgos, Spain.  Both Nuncio and Lombardo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Cerrillo, and the three ringside judges are Diego Bail, Diego Escarcega and Cris Estay.

Nuncio now seems to have got his legs back.  
Nuncio gets on the inside and throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to Nuncio's ribs.  
Nuncio is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Lombardo lands a cross to his opponents body.  
Nuncio gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Nuncio lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Nuncio lands a stinging right hook.  Nuncio attempts to land a jab, but Lombardo sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nuncio switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Lombardo dodges the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Nuncio lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  Nuncio tries to land a cross, but Lombardo slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Nuncio's body.

Lombardo manouvers Nuncio into the corner.  Nuncio lands a sharp jab.

Lombardo lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Nuncio tries to step out of his opponents range and tries to land an overhand right, but Lombardo slips the shot and counters with a SAVAGE left uppercut.  NUNCIO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Lombardo sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Lombardo lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS NUNCIO DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Nuncio is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Lombardo!
