Pancho Mercedes vs Fresco Astorga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Bolivia-Cochabamba promoted show at Cochabamba Casas, Cochabamba,  taking place on 19/12/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-Cochabamba Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pancho Mercedes (3 - 27) who hails from Sacaba, Bolivia and Fresco Astorga(8 - 7 - 5) from Cochabamba, Bolivia.  Mercedes weighed in at 230 pounds And 14 ounces, while Astorga weighed in at 236 pounds And 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Urvano Bordon, and the three ringside judges are Juan Sotelo, Roman Quirino and Santiago Izquierdo.

Mercedes pivots to the side of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Astorga dabs at his face checking for damage.  Astorga has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
