Wolfgang Kuennen vs Othomann Damp

Boxing Daily Report from the Zimba Promotions promoted show at Adlar Kalthoff Gym, Freiburg,  taking place on 23/12/2043:

Clearly Zimba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Baden-Wurttemberg Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wolfgang Kuennen (1(1) - 1(1)) who hails from Stuttgart, Germany and Othomann Damp(9 - 11(1) - 4) from Stuttgart, Germany.  Both Kuennen and Damp weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wilmer Ahlert, and the three ringside judges are Wilmot Pieters, Arvin Angerhofer and Merral Helmers.  

Round 1: 

Kuennen lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Damp is on target with a right hook.  
Kuennen steps to the outside.  Kuennen sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Damp gets on the inside.  Kuennen lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Kuennen ties up his opponent.  Damp tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kuennen behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Kuennen switches the action to the outside and lands a sharp overhand left.  
Kuennen tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kuennen lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Damp's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Damp's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Damp gets on the inside and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Kuennen blocks the shot and counters with a CRUSHING cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE DAMP WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
The right shot from Kuennen could be enough to force the stoppage!  Kuennen lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook, cross and a right hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING DAMP DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Damp cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kuennen!
