Aleksandr Tissin vs Ivan Panfil

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belarus-Central promoted show at Minsk Sautin, Minsk,  taking place on 23/12/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-Central Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aleksandr Tissin (9 - 7 - 2) who hails from Minsk, Belarus and Ivan Panfil(8 - 3(1) - 2) from Minsk, Belarus.  Tissin weighed in at 167 pounds and 12 ounces, while Panfil weighed in at 167 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Faddei Tkach, and the three ringside judges are Igor Gura, Andrii Shakhrai and Vasyl Mazur.
