Cable Oumarou vs David Rubia

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Kingdom promoted show at Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Complex, Yaoundé,  taking place on 12/12/2043:

Clearly African Boxing Kingdom have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Cable Oumarou (7(3) - 0) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and David Rubia(22(1) - 10(6)) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Oumarou weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Rubia weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bellamy Shaznay, and the three ringside judges are Ross Beaudin, Waltier Dewaere and Carolus Papineau.
