Matthew Adjei vs Declan Ankomah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Sammy Rahman Gym, Tamale,  taking place on 25/12/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew Adjei (1 - 1) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Declan Ankomah(2 - 13(1)) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Adjei and Ankomah weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Makalo Donkor, and the three ringside judges are Robert Eck, Obiajulu Alhassan and Gazi Satter.  

Round 1: 

Adjei is looking to close the distance.  Adjei quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.
