Sajid Maroun vs Abdul Mir

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Giza promoted show at Ahmed Rahaman Gym, Giza,  taking place on 24/12/2043:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Egypt-Giza Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sajid Maroun (8 - 6(3) - 2) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Abdul Mir(2(1) - 1) from Giza, Egypt.  Maroun weighed in at 168 pounds, while Mir weighed in at 167 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Beydoun, and the three ringside judges are Tariq Aly, Amjad Antar and Majid Sabahi.

Mir lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mir dabs at his face checking for damage.

Mir gets on the inside.  Mir connects with a left hook.  As Mir tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Maroun has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
