Yasushi Kondo vs Aki Taira

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Higashiosaka Uyehara, Higashiosaka,  taking place on 29/12/2043:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yasushi Kondo (4 - 1(1)) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Aki Taira(8(1) - 0) from Takatsuki, Japan.  Kondo weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces, while Taira weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiroki Uno, and the three ringside judges are Akira Ando, Hisao Sakai and Kyo Kuramoto.
