Viktor Move vs Gennady Balakshin

Boxing Daily Report from the Sporticus promoted show at Dynamo Palace of Sports, Moscow,  taking place on 16/01/2044:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Viktor Move (29(4) - 1 - 2) who hails from Moscow, Russia and Gennady Balakshin(27(19) - 7(1) - 3) from Dzerzhinsk, Russia.  Both Move and Balakshin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sergei Miranchuk, and the three ringside judges are Borya Smyslov, Melor Sychev and Dmitri Anyukov.
