Boxing Daily Report from the HONEYPUNCH promoted show at Central Stadion, Gomel,  taking place on 09/01/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Belarus-5, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakiv Kosakowski (10(6) - 0) who hails from Minsk, Belarus and Alen Hyland(13 - 26(5) - 5) from Buffalo, USA.  Both Kosakowski and Hyland weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vasyl Taras, and the three ringside judges are Krystiyan Bondar, Symon Slusar and Taras Hudy.  

Round 1: 

Kosakowski steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Kosakowski forces Hyland to retreat onto the ropes.  Kosakowski pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into Hyland's body.  Kosakowski wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hyland dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hyland throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kosakowski lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Kosakowski pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Kosakowski lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents body.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Kosakowski lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Kosakowski ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kosakowski pushes his forearm into Hyland's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kosakowski finds the target with a jab.  
Kosakowski drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Kosakowski manouvers Hyland into a corner.  Kosakowski lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kosakowski lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Kosakowski lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kosakowski is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Kosakowski lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Hyland sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kosakowski finds the target with a jab.  
Hyland gets on the inside.  Kosakowski lands a left uppercut.  
Kosakowski steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski is looking to close the distance and hits home with a solid right hook.  
Kosakowski lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  Kosakowski ties up his opponent.  Kosakowski leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Kosakowski pushes his forearm into Hyland's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kosakowski about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hyland's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Hyland's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Kosakowski pivots from in front of his opponent.  Hyland tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kosakowski walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Kosakowski lands a stinging right hook.  
Kosakowski pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into Hyland's body.  
Kosakowski lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Kosakowski sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Kosakowski lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, KNOCKING HYLAND DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Kosakowski holds on to his opponent.  Kosakowski leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Kosakowski's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kosakowski stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Kosakowski digs in a potent right hook to Hyland's ribs.  HYLAND HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Hyland has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Kosakowski lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kosakowski pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kosakowski lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head, AND SENDS HYLAND SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  Hyland quickly recovers. 
Kosakowski is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Kosakowski gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Hyland almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kosakowski is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS HYLAND TO THE CANVAS!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Kosakowski!
