Lazar Georgiev vs Afanas Ovechkin

Boxing Daily Report from the Assiful Promotions promoted show at Novokuznetsk Malyshev, Novokuznetsk,  taking place on 01/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lazar Georgiev (5 - 6 - 2) who hails from Kemerovo, Russia and Afanas Ovechkin(5 - 1 - 1) from Prokopyevsk, Russia.  Both Georgiev and Ovechkin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boris Danilin, and the three ringside judges are Yulian Mekhontsev, Boris Chaplin and Fedar Samarin.
