Faisal Hussein vs Abdul Reza

Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan,  taking place on 02/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Faisal Hussein (15(11) - 1) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Abdul Reza(43(30) - 17(8) - 1) from Cairo, Egypt.  Both Hussein and Reza weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ifeanyi Dosunmu, and the three ringside judges are Jay-Jay Ameobi, Irfan Younan and Obafemi Aruna.  

Round 1: 

Hussein lands a firm overhand left.  
Reza quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Hussein is on target with a solid overhand right.  
Reza tries to land a cross, but Hussein sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Hussein lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Hussein lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hussein lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head.  
Hussein is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Reza hits home with a stinging cross.  
Reza gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Hussein lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Hussein holds on to his opponent.  Reza pushes his forearm into Hussein's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Reza recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Hussein DETONATES a spiteful cross on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE REZA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Reza recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Hussein is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Hussein lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, KNOCKING REZA DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Reza has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hussein's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Reza's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Reza's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Reza's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Hussein tries to land a jab, but Reza slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Hussein switches the action to the outside and snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.

Hussein connects with a FEARSOME cross.  REZA IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Reza walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Hussein is on target with a SAVAGE cross.  REZA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Reza now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Reza advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but Hussein clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Hussein pushes his forearm into Reza's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hussein lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Reza attempts to land a jab, but Hussein sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Reza closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Reza throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Hussein ties up his opponent.  Reza is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Hussein hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Hussein tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.
