Waqar Tahir vs Khalid Ghaffari

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Anambra State promoted show at Best Western Meloch Hotel, Awka,  taking place on 03/01/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Anambra State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Tahir (22(4) - 0 - 1) who hails from Onitsha, Nigeria and Khalid Ghaffari(33(6) - 8 - 1) from Onitsha, Nigeria.  Tahir weighed in at 175 pounds, while Ghaffari weighed in at 174 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Majid Rashed, and the three ringside judges are Declan Obaraku, Charles Ipia and Chigozie Mostyn.
