Ryszard Piatz vs Derek Strasser

Boxing Daily Report from the BoxHaus AG promoted show at Swissotel City Ballroom, Zurich,  taking place on 06/01/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Switzerland-East Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryszard Piatz (18(10) - 1(1)) who hails from Zurich, Switzerland and Derek Strasser(2 - 9(2)) from Zurich, Switzerland.  Both Piatz and Strasser weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tahbert Conradt, and the three ringside judges are Meinhard Gerdts, Walten Gergel and Kasch Schauwecker.  

Round 1: 

Piatz sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Strasser is looking to close the distance.  Piatz SLAMS a hurtful right hook into his opponents face.  STRASSER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Piatz holds on to his opponent.  Piatz tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Strasser's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Piatz to stop fouling.  Strasser quickly recovers.
