Saad Tannous vs Asif Wasem

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Farhan Farha Gym, Abu Dhabi,  taking place on 06/01/2044:

Clearly UAE Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Abu Dhabi Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saad Tannous (1 - 11) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Asif Wasem(2 - 0) from Abu Dhabi, UAE.  Both Tannous and Wasem weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Alshehhi, and the three ringside judges are Aftab Nicoy, Asif Burkitt and Bilal Salah.  

Round 1: 

Tannous steps inside.  Wasem throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Wasem holds on to his opponent.  Wasem leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Wasem pushes his forearm into Tannous's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Wasem to stop fouling.  
Wasem lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Wasem lands with a solid jab.  
Tannous is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Wasem gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Wasem ties up his opponent.  Wasem tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Tannous behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Wasem.  
Wasem gets on the inside.  Tannous throws a left hook, but Wasem ties up his opponent.  Wasem leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Wasem pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Tannous advances into close range.  Wasem pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.
