Xeres Perdomo vs Haaris Farag

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at SM MOA Arena, Manila,  taking place on 09/01/2044:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Asian Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xeres Perdomo (49(40) - 6(2)) who hails from Pagadian, Philippines and Haaris Farag(26(22) - 5(1)) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Perdomo and Farag weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nasario Babasa, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Linsangan, Lisandro Tinajero and Kieran Correa.  

Round 1:
