Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Hands Arena, Chicago,  taking place on 04/02/2044:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Manuel Mesquita (18(14) - 0) who hails from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Gareth Briar(31(2) - 12(3) - 3) from Minneapolis, USA.  Mesquita weighed in at 129 pounds and 13 ounces, while Briar weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jordan Protheroe, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Magrum, Colin Karolewicz and Sid Ready.

Mesquita thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Briar away.  Mesquita lands a VICIOUS cross.  BRIAR IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Mesquita SLAMS a WICKED right hook into his opponents face.  BRIAR HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Mesquita lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS BRIAR SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Mesquita!
