Spencer Ruddock vs Malcolm Dalgleish

Boxing Daily Report from the Kaggwa Promotions promoted show at Oklahoma City McPherson, Oklahoma City,  taking place on 05/01/2044:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oklahoma Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Ruddock (13 - 6 - 2) who hails from Oklahoma City, USA and Malcolm Dalgleish(21(1) - 4(2) - 1) from Tulsa, USA.  Ruddock weighed in at 243 pounds And 4 ounces, while Dalgleish weighed in at 230 pounds And 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alastair Maskell, and the three ringside judges are George Lithgow, John Galatas and Inigo Levingston.  

Round 1: 

Dalgleish closes the distance.  Ruddock pivots to the side of his opponent.  Dalgleish connects with a left uppercut.

Dalgleish pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Dalgleish forces Ruddock to retreat into the corner.  Dalgleish pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ruddock lands a right hook.  
Dalgleish is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Dalgleish is on target with a sharp right uppercut to Ruddock's ribs.

Dalgleish walks Ruddock into the blue corner.  Dalgleish pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Ruddock's ribs.  
Dalgleish lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dalgleish tries to keep the action at long range.  Dalgleish feints a cross and triggers a cross counter from Ruddock.  Dalgleish is waiting for the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Dalgleish is looking to close the distance.  Dalgleish pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Dalgleish sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to Ruddock's body.  As Dalgleish tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Ruddock has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Ruddock hits home with a cross.  
Dalgleish is on target with a right uppercut to Ruddock's body.  
Ruddock is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Dalgleish stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Ruddock throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Dalgleish is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Dalgleish hits home with a left hook.  
Dalgleish tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Dalgleish digs in a left hook to Ruddock's ribs.  
Ruddock sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dalgleish drives a solid left hook into Ruddock's body.  
Dalgleish lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ruddock steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.

Dalgleish senses Ruddock is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Dalgleish lands a right uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Ruddock now seems to have got his legs back.  
Dalgleish attempts to land a right uppercut, but Ruddock parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Dalgleish sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Dalgleish lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS RUDDOCK TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Ruddock cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Dalgleish!
