Neil Halliburton vs Jack McCreary

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at SSE Hydro, Glasgow,  taking place on 28/12/2043:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Neil Halliburton (8(8) - 0) who hails from Blackburn, UK and Jack McCreary(10 - 6(5) - 1) from Stoke, UK.  Both Halliburton and McCreary weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David McClarnon, and the three ringside judges are Gordon Loch, Ed McPhatter and David Hall.  

Round 1: 

Halliburton finds the target with a jab.

Halliburton tries to keep the action at long range and lands a stinging overhand right.  Halliburton throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Halliburton sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp jab.  
McCreary steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Halliburton is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McCreary connects with a right hook.  
Halliburton throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Halliburton switches the action to the outside and lands a jab.

Halliburton lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut, cross and a right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING MCCREARY TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like McCreary has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Halliburton lands with a stiff jab.  
Halliburton is on target with an overhand right.  
Halliburton lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a double jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  McCreary quickly recovers.

Halliburton tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Halliburton steps away from his opponent.  Halliburton sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  McCreary is on target with a jab.  
McCreary steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  McCreary sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Halliburton's liver.  
McCreary attempts to land a left hook, but Halliburton slips the shot and counters with a sharp left hook to McCreary's body.  
Halliburton tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Halliburton lands a straight 1 - 2.  
McCreary closes the distance.  Halliburton drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McCreary's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  McCreary's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

McCreary gets on the inside and manouvers Halliburton onto the ropes.  McCreary lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  McCreary tries to land a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.
